  • Are you buying my home or simply listing it on the MLS?

    The best part about working with us is that we're not a traditional real estate agency. We buy homes to fix them up and resell them, which may involve the MLS at that point, but we would have already personally purchased the home from you in order to fix it up and resell it.

  • How do I know you are giving me a fair offer for my home?

    That's a great question and one that causes the most concern with sellers. We have a specific formula that we use in order to calculate the fair market value of your home in its current condition and we go into detail about that formula here.

  • How do you figure out the offer amount?

  • What other fees should I be expecting?

    That is the best part of selling your home with us - there are no other fees! You don't have to pay a commission to an agent, closing costs, or anything else since we are a cash homebuyer. 

  • What sets you apart from a traditional real estate agent?

    Traditional real estate agents will market your home and list it on the MLS for you. They will be available for walk-throughs and handle the critical legal paperwork. They will also take a fee.

  • What do you mean I don’t have to make any repairs to my home?

    We buy all our homes in as-is condition. In a typical real estate transaction a buyer might ask you to fix or update several things before you sell your home. Meaning you have to come out of pocket for those repairs. We won’t ask you to lift a finger when we buy your house, we buy all the repairs/messes/bad situations that you have. Don’t believe us?   • What if I have a renter in my property, what do I do?

    We can and do buy tenant-occupied homes regularly. We can navigate the details of a tenant-occupied home with you, don’t let this shy you away from reaching out.

  • How long will you give me to move out of my home?

    The short answer is, we can be creative and flexible to do just about anything you want. Need 90 days to move out? We can do that! Want to move out and lease back for a short period? We can do that too. Want to sell in 14 days? We can do that too.

  • How quickly can you close on a property?

    In almost every case, we close in 14 days.

  • What are closing costs?

    Closing costs are the fees that title companies charge for their professional closing services. Usually a couple thousand dollars. It’s important to use a good closing attorney - the good news is we pay all your closing costs!

  • Why wouldn’t I just hire a real estate agent and sell my home?

    You have to find a real estate agent that you trust. You have to pay real estate agents 6% when selling a home. You have to conduct showings on your home, forcing you to leave your home frequently & make sure your home is clean & open to guests constantly. And you might be asked to make repairs on your home before you list it. To be clear, Real Estate agents are awesome - but we eliminate those steps for you with our process.
