Let me start off by saying that I was very cautious of giving my dream home away to an "investor", however, when I did research on the dollar and cents comparing a real estate agent vs an investment group it was clear what made sense to my bank account. I entertained and interviewed numerous groups of so-called professional companies that pulled the bait and switch and wasted my time. Luckily, I am well versed in sales and can sense a snake oil salesman a mile away. Michael Johnson from Ready Door Homes took an extended amount of time explaining to me the processes of the company and I immediately felt at ease. I explained to him that I was certainly not in desperation, but I wanted it easy. I had pets and I also take care of my elderly father which made it difficult to leave the house during showings etc. All in all, I am so thankful for Ready Door Homes and Michael Johnson. It was 6 months in the making and a very difficult decision, but it was not stressful at all leading all the way up until I walked out of my front door for the last time.
